missing emails

Hello. Noticed on Jan 13, 2024 that all our inbox emails prior to Jan 12, 2024 are missing. Also all emails in trash prior to Jan 7, 2024 are missing.  Waiting for Xfinity to restore them, but has not happened.  What do I do now to get them restored?

user_chvkm1Hi again! Are the emails visible in the Xfinity connect portal? If so, we recommend disconnecting the account from outlook and re-adding it.

Hello.  I do not use Xfinity Connect.  I access Xfinity email using a Windows PC directly on the Xfinity website, the URL is

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX
  I do not use Outlook. I normally use Mozilla Firefox, sometimes Chrome.

Somehow a new folder was setup called "my folders", that includes INBOX, which looks to have the old emails that I am looking for.  Not sure how that happened, but thanks for the help to resolve this.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me! I have important documents that I can’t retrieve. Called xfinity twice and a few random emails have reappeared, but mostly they recovered deleted emails!

That is not my issue! I have nothing in my inbox prior to 1/12/24. 

I am so annoyed!!!!
