Missing emails

Suddenly yesterday I found that emails dated 1/23/24 - 2/6/24 sent to my comcast.net account were missing.  They are not in Trash or Archived, they were there one hour then gone the next.  Anyone else having this issue?

I have been unsuccessful reaching LiveChat with Xfinity support for assistance.

Yes.  It happened to me too!  does anyone know what they are doing about it?

I was finally able to get into a Live Chat today with an Agent and they were able to re-sync my account and those emails were restored.

My email is fine on my phone, but my desktop has no email after january thirty first. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, @user_qdmlvt. Thank you for reaching out on this post I understand you've had some trouble accessing your email outside our direct website, and it has been occurring since the end of last month. Can you confirm if you are using a third-party platform like Outlook or Apple Mail? There was also a request sent to customers to update their password, so I would double-check the settings if you've made that change recently.
