Hello, @corkib are you using a supported browser? We recommend you use the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari on your desktop or mobile device. Also, make sure that the default settings of the program, website, or mobile device that you're using to get the emails don't delete email messages from the server automatically. Please check your deleted folder to be sure the missing emails haven't landed there.
