Missing emails

Hello, I am missing some important emails from June 11, 2025. I have checked every folder and I can't seem to find them. Is this something you all could assist with? The email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] .

Thanks for reaching out — we know how frustrating it is when important emails seem to vanish, especially when you've already checked every folder.

We can definitely help look into this with you. Just to get started, here are a few quick things to double-check:

  • Did you search for the sender’s name or subject line using the search bar in your Xfinity email?

  • Are there any filters or rules set up in your email settings that might have auto-deleted or moved the messages?

  • Have you checked the Trash and Spam folders (even if you've already looked, just to be safe)?

If none of those turn anything up, let us know and we can help dig deeper.

I have looked in all of those places and I can't find it. I even see where I replied to one of the emails but it seems as of.it never existed in my inbox.

dacru Let's take a closer look to see if we can find out where the email went.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
