Missing sent emails

Most of my sent emails have disappeared. I see from browsing this is a very common problem. They are not recoverable through trash, which I know you're going to recommend.

I rely on checking my sent emails from time to time so I understand the inconvenience that this has caused you. I am sorry to learn about this experience. We can help. Are you using a third party email client when checking for those sent emails or our website?

I first noticed they had disappeared from my phone, but they're not on the xfinity website either.

I first noticed it last night when I went to look for a particular email I sent back in March.  It could have been a problem for a while. This is not my main email.

user_4snhp5, Ah, okay. I would like to troubleshoot this further and pull up the account. To get started, please send us a direct message with your first/last name, full address, and the affected XFINITY email address so we can help. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.

I am also having the same issue; all my sent emails have disappeared prior to November 2023. I did not delete them; this occurred in the last few days.

Please let us know where they went and how to get them back.
