Money taken out of my account when my account was closed

Took money out of my account try talking to people about this they keep giving me the runaround tried selling me stuff that I didn't even have service in my area talk talk to multiple people nobody can give me a straight answer ask to talk to a supervisor multiple times never would transfer me but still never got my answer of why they would even take money out of my account when I had no service with them
