Move to Yahoo not working

I enter email address then "Enter Password" screen appears. I enter my password, circle spins, then nothing. Click login again & again circle spins and nothing.

Did you get the invitation to migrate to Yahoo! Mail?  Did you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Did you try logging in to your email account at Xfinity like you always have?

Get the invitation to migrate to Yahoo when I fire up Xfinity email. I enter my Comcast email address on the Sign In screen and click Next. The screen asking for password says "By signing in, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" - no separate button or box to click. When I click the "Sign In" button, it spins for a couple of seconds, then looks like I never clicked the button. Yes I can log in to my Xfinity email account.

Finally got in with different browser. BIG MISTAKE, lost everything in my Inbox that I had read. Moved over other folders and 4 unread messages. Wish I had never moved. I don't like this app.

@user_4e67a0 I'm glad to hear you were able to figure out how to find those missing emails. I will definitely forward this to my leadership team so we can streamline this process. Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with today.

And I have to pay not to get bombarded with ads. I want to go back to Xfinity. I do not like this app.

And I have to pay not to get bombarded with ads. I want to go back to Xfinity. I do not like this app.

Depending on your browser you might be able to find an extension to block ads at yahoo.  I have one for Firefox.

Your other alternative is to use a third party email app.
