Multiple Comcast email accounts

Years ago I set up 3 comcast email accounts on comcast/xfinity. 2 for myself and 1 for my wife.  How do I check the other 2 emails status.  I can now only see my main email when I log in and not the other 2.  How do I access them?

Hello @Anon454706! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Forums. We appreciate you being a customer with us and certainly understand the importance of accessing all your email accounts. You can easily view the different email users through the xfinity.com website, or the Xfinity app on your Mobile device. Note, that to view those different users, you would need to be logged in as the Primary user.

 

Please also note that through the app/website, you can also change your phone number, email settings, display name, or messaging preferences at any time. Follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-account-preferences for more information. 

 

To view the different email accounts individually, you would need to log in as that specific user. Please follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/stay-connected-with-email for more information on managing your email accounts.
