My email in MS Outlook doesn't get sent until 7 PM

I'm having the same problem as the post ‎My email in Outlook doesn't get sent until 7 PM, no matter what time of day I send it. | Xfinity Community Forum

The problem is with MS Outlook version 2019 Pro, I can receive emails but not send emails during the day.  I have no problems sending emails from the Xfinity Webmail online.  What's the resolution?

@XfinityAbel Thanks for getting back to me.  This is not a Microsoft problem and I'm not using Office 365.  I have MS Outlook 2019 Pro installed on my computer and configured it with IMAP settings for the Xfinity email.  Something appears to be blocking my outbound email messages during the day.  Exactly at 7 PM all the emails leave my Outbox folder.  I have no problems sending emails at any time from the Xfinity Webmail online.  I also have no problems sending emails from MS Outlook after 7 PM.  I have been using Comcast/Xfinity email for almost 30 years and this problem started a couple of months ago.  I haven't made any changes to my computer.

I'm having the same exact same problem as the post My email in Outlook doesn't get sent until 7 PM, no matter what time of day I send it. | Xfinity Community Forum

Could you please tell me what was the resolution for this problem?

On this end, I cannot see that resolution, for us to research it would require the case number that is assigned when the post comes through. However, we still have options, to cut out the easy ones first, did you try all the solutions offered in that thread? The one I'm really looking at is the delayed send option.

I have checked several posts and they don't apply to me.  I searched for Delay Sending Emails and there are more posts with the exact same problem I'm having.  As stated previously, I have no problems sending emails after 7 PM from my Outlook program installed on my computer.  In addition, I usually don't send emails during the day while I'm working so the problem shouldn't be related to any limits sending email messages.

Thank you for checking, just trying to be thorough. Next step will require some information best kept private.

Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
