@user_riglee I’m sorry to hear there's a delay with Outlook sending outgoing emails. Our team is here to help. 

Have you checked to ensure the scheduled send option is not turned on?

Does this only happen with Outlook?

Sorry for the delay but I wanted to check my ability to send emails and no, I do not have the send option turned on.  I can send through my online Xfinity site regularly but not through Outlook, my desired program .... it delays it every time until 7 pm.  Thanks for your help .... this has been a problem for the last 9 months and nobody has been able to figure it out.  My IT guys say it's a problem with Comcast and I've been "blackballed"!

Your IT guy is wrong.  Have you checked all your settings in Outlook?  What "flavor" of Outlook are you using?

Still not receiving email when I'm at my office through Outlook.  I have Comcast at home and TMLP at the office, in which I carry my PC back and forth everyday.  I can receive Outlook email at home (Comcast) but not when I use my PC at work (TMLP).  It is still holding back until 7 pm, no matter what time I send.  I can't even send my co-workers email during the day (same Network), but they can send to me.  

I'm using Outlook version:  1.2025.319.100

@user_riglee Go ahead and send us a direct message with your full name and the service address. We will take a deeper look at the email and escalate if necessary.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
