My email inbox was completely emptied and sent to trash

What happened, and will this happen again, over what time or space allotment?

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I would not be happy if I had emails that I needed that were completely emptied and moved to the trash section. This link has great information on how to recover deleted emails https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email
