My email is not working on my iphone.

It keeps saying my password is incorrect and my email is not updating.  I have entered the correct password multiple times in the box that pops up and in settings.  I have had this issue in the past, but mostly when travelling.  But I am at home.  It is very difficult because you often need to check your email with two factor identification.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue.  Any ideas?

I've had the same problem for months. But I downloaded the Xfinity app to my iPhone and can get to email pretty easily. I do need to go through a few steps though.

Hello @emilys4, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you’re running into this issue with your Xfinity email. I know how frustrating it can be, especially when email is something we rely on every day to stay connected and manage important logins. To help narrow things down, have you been able to sign in directly on the Xfinity website to confirm that your password doesn’t need to be updated? If you’ve already done that, you might also try resetting your password and then reentering it in the third party email app you’re using to see if that helps resolve the issue.
