Xfinity has blocked my account with Schwab and I'm not receiving my emails from them.  I have tried to get to chat but the AI won't send me to agent

janeen3 are you able to provide us with more details about the issue with Schwab? Is the website blocked?

I received 2 letters from Schwab re: two of my accounts.  Schwab indicated they received several notices of unable to deliver message to [Edited: "Personal Information"].  They attempted to send repeatedly, and now I am unlocked from electronic delivery.

Hi @janeen3, please keep in mind that your current post on our public forum for everyone to see. We ask that you refrain from posting public information on the public forum. 

As listed on our postmaster FAQ page, most non-delivery notifications Comcast returns contain links to FAQs which explain why the block occurred and instruct in how to remediate the issue. Did the notice share any additional details of the issue that they were being faced with like an error code?
