Are you getting any kind of error message from the entity in question?  If so what does it say?

user_a23edf, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can understand the importance of having your address added to companies' mailing lists. You've come to the right team of experts to help with email concerns over social media. Are you noticing any issues when logging into your email directly from our webmail server at this link here?

When you are signing up for something are you using your entire email address, such as username@comcast.net?

Yes. Is my email address listed as spam to certain companies?

Any company can do whatever they want with regards to considering someone a spammer.  But I think "invalid email" is more likely to be a bad copy and paste (or typo), or perhaps you've already signed up under that email so you can't do it again or...

Sometimes they want a very basic: user@domain, but someone pastes the whole: Friendly name <user@domain> and they don't want all that.

If it's none of those, then you may need to ask at that site.
