user_ss5xht Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can understand the frustration if you are missing emails. Have you already checked to make sure that your email storage isn't full? If you haven't already can you please check to make sure that isn't the the case? If it is full it does begin deleting your older emails. You can click here for directions on how to check your storage.
@user_ss5xhtThey found a bunch of messages in a trash folder. They put them in a folder called "restore_03202024" or similar. Let us know if you have questions.
