My insurance agent was attempting to email me and received this message.  Resimta-c2p-559422.sys.comcast.net rejected your message.

There’s a problem with the recipients mailbox.

As far as I know there’s no problem with my mailbox.

Hi user_mokq57, thanks for taking the time to reach out through the community forums! It's possible that our filters may have been flagging their emails as spam. Are they still having issues getting emails to you, and have you noticed similar issues from other senders?

Yes they are still having issues sending email to me. No issues with anyone else. Although I do have a new issue. I read my Comcast email on my iPad using the iPad email app. When I have a spam email that I want to block, I click on the senders email address, then the view contact card, then block email. But when I go back in to check, it has not been blocked. It used to work. And it still works on my daughter’s iPad.

Thanks for keeping us posted! It may not be getting blocked through the Apple Mail app, but there may be something in our internal filters preventing it from coming through. If your email address hasn't been migrated to Yahoo's servers yet, you may be able to resolve this by logging into your email directly at https://www.xfinity.com/email and adding their email address to your Email Safe List, or by adding them to your address book. Can you give those two options a shot and let us know if it helps?

I’m sorry I should have specified that the blocking thing is a separate issue. I get lots and lots of spam and phishing emails which I normally just block, but now I can’t block them and they are taking over my email. I don’t know why it quit working.

Thanks for clarifying, user_mokq57. We're not able to help too much Apple Mail's blocking features not working, but you can log in directly into email and mark certain senders as spam by following the steps listed on our support page that covers why and how to mark an email as spam.
