My Wife Can Not Access Her Email

I am an ex-Comcast subscriber and moved to an area that did not have Comcast. I was told I could continue to maintain my Comcast email account as long as it was periodically accessed. Both my wife and myself have continued to use our Comcast email daily for years. As of about 2am this morning she can not access her email and does not accept he password and I can not get anyone on the phone to help since the automated system requires an active account. Forgot password does not help.

vparro Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. There is an issue being reported and our teams are continuing to work on getting everything back to normal. Since it's been a few days, are you still experiencing trouble signing in?

No it will not accept her login. It is requiring an imap password and her password is not accepted.

@vparro

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
