I am not receiving messages from a contact that has @myrtle.net domain is this an issue others have experienced?

For something like this, your best option would be to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team for assistance. They should be able to clarify the status of this domain, and let you know if messages are being blocked as a security measure. You can reach them directly by phone at 1-800-266-2278. Just ask for the "CSA Team" by name. Their hours of operation are from 8am to 12am, 7 days a week. You can also contact them online by going to https://spa.xfinity.com.
