Need Prt 25 Opened

Hello, I am setting up a mail server at home for my business and need port 25 opened to send emails.

I doubt that you will get that port unblocked.  While Comcast has unblocked the port for some in the recent past they have really begun denying opening the port.

Also, setting up a mail server for your business is against Comcast Policies for High Speed Internet usage:

use or run dedicated, stand-alone equipment or servers from the Premises that provide network content or any other services to anyone outside of your Premises local area network (“Premises LAN”), also commonly referred to as public services or servers. Examples of prohibited equipment and servers include, but are not limited to, email, web hosting, file sharing, and proxy services and servers;

You might want to look into Google Workspace.
