Why can't I add a new member with the same mobile phone.
I want to add an additional email account and it requires a mobile phone and complains if I enter mine.

Thank you for creating a new post. I see you want to add new users, but use the same email/number that you entered for another user ID. For security purposes, we would request different contact information for each profile. When we complete digital authentication, for example, we send a one-time security code to the email or phone number on file. If the same email/number is used for different profiles, we would run into some hiccups with authentication or troubleshooting profile-specific concerns.
