Need to reopen ticket

I was online with a real person and they gave me a ticket number. I was told the elevated support would reach out to me within a certain amount of time, but I never heard from anyone. I am trying to get a secondary account password reset. It does not show up in my account, although other secondary accounts do. I need this account reset and made sure to be added to my account.

You can also check out this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. It will walk you step by step on how to switch between multiples account as well as link and unlinking accounts. Let me know if this helps.

@XfinityQuemekia​ The secondary account I've had for years isn't listed on my primary account. It used to be there but it disappeared around 4/22.

And I don't know if the ticket was closed. I was given the ticket number, but no other status.

You probably should call our Customer Security Assurance folks.  They may be able to help you.
