Need to reset my email password

I forgot my email password.

Every way I try to find or log in to one of my manager emails, (I know the passwords are right) every solution I find, goes to a page can't load, or some numbered error. I cannot just simply. login. There's no Forgot Password option.

Plus, the two manager emails don't even show up in my primary email. When I try to add an account in my primary email, the password fails (email name may too). 

So I try to do it manually, When I get to the SMTP part, my email with password auto fills?  It knows me.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
