Netflix charge through Xfinity

I'm charged every month by xfinity for Netflix. They cannot find my email address. 5 year account. They say call netflix..Netflix says call xfin. 7 calls made yesterday July 30, 2024. No one knows how to do their job. I signed up for Netflix on t.v. set...trying to drop pymts to xfinity.

user_9fbh7e thank you so much for taking the time and relating your experience via our Residential Xfinity Forums. Is the Netflix service working on your cable boxes/smart devices? If you have an X1 cable box, are you able to say "Netflix" into the voice remote, and be taken into the app without signing in? WE can review the account for any add-ons and make any changes at your request.
