No Confirmation Email

Two days ago I went through and ordered an internet service and went through all the steps until I picked an appointment for installation. No confirmation email. Thinking I may have not submitted it, I did it again last night. Still no confirmation email for either of my orders. I can't even sign into my Xfinity account because "this information doesn't match our records." I move next weekend and need internet set up the day I move in. Are they going to show up for the two appointments I set and charge me double??
