Hello, @tedandjean thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I understand wanting access to your email on your mobile device, that is where I check my emails as well. When accessing the emails, are you using a 3rd party client, and if so happened to check if any settings or passwords had recently changed?
Xfintiy email is migrationg to Yahoo mail, and we have been notifying cusotmers, did you happen to receive a notification about the email move and start the migration process?
