On 1/28/26 at approx. 10.30am I lost all email service for [Edited: "Personal Information"].

How do I restore service?

A COMPUTER ZAVVY FRIEND GOT ME BACK SERVICE ON THE YAHOO PLATFORM. YOU (COMCAST) NEVER ADVISED US IN ADVANCE OF THIS CHANGE AND CLEARLY SHUT OFF MY ACCESS TO COMCAST.NET VIA OUTLOOK. AS A 20 YEAR CUSTOMER I AM NOT HAPPY.
