"NO" email sevice
i have no email service for several days and i do not know how to fix it.
a modem reboot was done by you, bur it did not solve the issue
i wa told to contact tech service if this did not work.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SERVICE TECH AND FOUND IT IS "IMPOSSIBLE"
YOUR AUTO SYSTEM GOES AROUND IN AN ENDLESS CIRCLE OF QUESTIONS

How are you accessing your email? through webmail or a third party email client?
If through a third party email client, when was the last time you signed in to webmail?

Can you tell me more about the access issues you've had? Are you accessing your email directly on our website or using a 3rd party application like Outlook? Are you getting any error codes when you attempt to login?
