No emails on iPhone

As of 12/21/23, I stopped receiving Xfinity emails on my iPhone. I get them just fine on my HP and on my Mac, though. What could the problem be?

RESOLVED: I went to the Xfinity store in Orland Park. It was jammed. I was going to leave my info and sit for the next hour. Instead, the gent at the counter said he might have a fix for it that didn’t require deleting and reinstalling my account. He went into Settings to get to my password, changed it to the same as the password on my Mac & HP computers, and voila! I git all my emails back on my phone!

Hey @mmkrzus, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. There is a thread of people having similar issues and can be found here. For the most part, the solution is double-checking you can sign in on our email site here. If you can, then removing and readding the email on your iPhone should fix it.
