How are you trying to get your email? using webmail or using a third party email app? Have you checked in webmail to see if there is Auto Forward set up? Sign in to webmail. Click on the gear icon. In the left pane look for Auto Forward and see if there is an address there. If there is remove the address, uncheck Auto Forward, and click on save at the bottom.
