Non=delivery report when i try to use the scan to email function on my hp printer
i am trying to use the scan to email function on my hp printer, and when i send a scan of a document to my comcast email address i get this non-delivery report email saying it is spam.
is there something i can do to prevent this? i has been working...

I recently lost the ability to scan and print from my HP printer, which is right next to me, but is hooked up wirelessly. It HAD been working with no problems since I got my new laptop in April. When I searched my laptop, I couldn't find the HP Smart software. I think one of Microsoft's updates may have wiped it out. So, I had to download and set up the software all over again. I was not a happy camper.
The problem you're having isn't with Comcast or your email, it's with your printer. You need to reinstall the software by going to 123.hp.com and locating your printer and then download the software again. Oh, I forgot, my printer also had an automatic update which didn't help my situation. And FWIW, in the past, I never could get "scan to email" to work properly.
