norton safe email

Hi. My email has been transferred to Yahoo. Norton safe email, which worked fine before, does not. Norton does not accept the app password gernerated by Yahoo. Yahoo and Norton both tell me Xfinity is to provide a unique app password for Norton safe email. Can you assist?
