Not able outlook emailto open

Hello when I try to open my outlook email after entering correct password I get this message:

user_jfefzq If you have not already done so, you may want to update your Xfinity password by going to (xfinity.com/password). You will then need to go into your Outlook settings for your email address and update your password.

I changed my password but still cannot access my Outlook. It keeps going around then comes back to entering password window

Hello @user_jfefzq, have you tried restarting the computer, then reloading the third-party email client?

user_jfefzq Are you still receiving the same error? If Outlook is failing to open at all and you have restarted your computer and it's still not working, you may need to reach out to Microsoft tech support directly.
