not able to send or receive email
not able to send or receive email for more than a week. Keep getting Xfinity alert that 2 of my email accounts need to be updated, but that doesn't fix the problem. This forum is overflowing with the same complaint. Robot assistant is useless. No way to talk to a human being. I doubt Xfinity pays any attention to this forum.
