Can you give us more details?  Are you trying to log in to webmail? [https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ] or are you using a third party app like Outlook or Thunderbird?

Getting any error messages?  If so, what are they?

Hello @Anon140754. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum! I know how frustrating it can be when your sign-in is not working. On your computer, have you cleared cache and cookies? Also, are you getting an error message when you try to sign in?

I am getting an message telling me that my sign is incorrect.  I cannot sign in.  Find your  ID has wrong address

Good evening,  I am unable to login to Xfinity to check my email.  The problem is only with my desktop and my laptop.  I go through the userid then pswd and input a valid Xfinity code but the system churns for a few minutes the gives me a Time out and stops.  I have internet use with everything else and good speeds.  Also, I can login to Xfinity email just fine with my cell phone.  Anyone else seen this feature and correct it?

Hello @dpaul49. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with getting into your email on your desktop and laptop. Did you also try to clear cache and cookies or try the browser in incognito  mode to see if this helps?
