As @Latoque has helpfully pointed out, you can try accessing your comcast email via a browser at https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/ assuming you're trying to access an existing comcast.net email to receive emails being sent to you. There are also several third party apps you can use as well, including the Samsung Email app included with most Samsung devices, or Gmail, which works well with Android.

To use those types of apps you would need to set them up manually to receive such emails. You can find additional information on that here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email.
