Not receiving any email

I am not receiving any email to my inbox. My trash and spam are also empty. My usage is only at 2%. I’ve logged out, changed password, etc. but no resolution. This has been going on for several days.

Thank you so much for reaching out, user_i32f4n. I'm really sorry you're not receiving any emails. Can you give me a little more info on what's going on? Is this an Xfinity email address or are you not getting any emails on another platform (gmail, outlook, Yahoo) & you're using your in-home network?

@XfinityAntoine It’s on my Xfinity address only. I don’t use any forwarding third party or mobile app to access the email. (My comcast.net email account).

I just checked and got the message from your response in my Inbox. I’ve not gotten any from any other source.

I can take a look at your account to see if I can get that repaired for you.

In order to get started can you please send me a private message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
