Not receiving certain e-mails

I have not received a monthly statement from PECO ( [Edited: "Personal Information"]) since August 27, 2023. I am also not receiving e-mails from [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My husband received the e-mail in his Comcast e-mail from [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have not received an e-mail from them since September 28, 2023. I opened a ticket today and  they said it would be fixed in two hours but I did not receive the e-mail tonight at 6;27 pm. Please help. These are bill notices. Thanks in advance.

If you'd like to DM me the email addresses that should receive these, and also the senders (as you can see above, they've been edited for personal information), I'll see what we can find.  A few things

1) Check your spam folder

2) You can add senders to your Address Book

3) You may need to confirm with the sender that they're still attempting to send you emails

4) This is a more technical step, but some senders use companies called ESPs.  They maintain special "suppression lists", which sometimes can impact delivery to customers.  Comcast has no control over these, and the sender doesn't always know they exist.  We can inquire with the ESP on your behalf, and sometimes this can lead to resolution.
