Not receiving email from a specific sender
I'm not receiving verification emails from blueshieldca DOT com. I'm trying to create an account login on their website, and when their system sends a verification email to my email account, it does not appear in either my inbox or spam folder. I'm using the Xfinity web page to view my email.

@tm925 It looks like one of their IPs was blocked for sending "spam". I've unblocked the IP. They should have been able to see this in their Email server logs, and resolve this on their own.
Can you try again for the code, and let me know if you're still not getting it? If not, it may be coming from a third-party, and I'll have to do some additional research.
