not receiving email from specific sender

I'm not receiving emails from a specific sender whose email domain is "@newtribe.church". All other emails are received normally. Could these be blocked by Comcast?

Did you try putting the sender in question into your address book?  That is supposed to keep their emails from getting blocked as Spam.

user_h9yv77 Can you check your filter settings to see if that might be causing this? Can you make sure the sender's domain is marked as spam, or the email address itself is specifically blocked in your filters? Pleasecheck your spam folder as well to see if the emails are being diverted there.

I’ve already checked spam folder and filters. I have no blocked domains.

@user_h9yv77 - That's good! And the best place to start, so thank you for checking. You're in good hands :) Our Digital Care Team is the best at helping resolve concerns quickly, and I'd love to see what else we can do to troubleshoot this email issue. Could you please send our team a direct message to continue? We'll need to access your account and run some diagnostics.

To send a direct message:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!
