Greetings, @user_immp5z! Thank you for reaching out about the emails not coming through. Do you check your emails on our Xfinity website or through a 3rd party email program like Outlook? Did you used to receive emails from this same sender or is this the first time they have tried to send them to you?

I check email on the xfinity website.  I have regularly received email from this sender for many years.

@user_immp5z,,

Thanks letting us know. I can definitely understand the importance of receiving those emails from business associates. I’m sorry to learn that you’re not receiving your associate’s mail, especially after years of trouble‑free delivery. We are the right team of experts to assist with social media. We can help get this moving. In researching this error message further, I am seeing that this is usually a temporary deferral by the receiving mail system. It’s not a block; it usually clears once the sender’s system slows, retries, reduces connection bursts, or reputation signals improve. While it’s active, messages may be delayed and then delivered later automatically. How does this sound so far?
