Not receiving email through Xfinity App, or any other platform

I am not receiving any emails to my xfinity inbox on any platform.  I have tried calling and never can get a live person to help me.

Hello @user_p860l2. Have you tried logging onto Xfinity.com and using the email service on there?

Hello, @user_2bofj6. I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving any emails even after trying multiple troubleshooting steps. Just so we're on the same page of the list of things you've tried, can you please share with me exactly what's been done on your end? I'd like to see what we need to do to make sure you start receiving emails as soon as possible.

@user_2bofj6 You had enabled the "Safe Sender" list, without populating any senders.  If a sender is not on your "Safe Sender" list, we will discard those messages.  If you would like, I can send you a DM with the sender and subject.  Please let me know.

I would check my incoming email server settings .  I attached an example using my iPad and Apple mail .
