Not receiving email
I am not receiving email from my daughter’s school nor is my husband. Other friends who don’t use xfinity are receiving email. This just started happening, we’ve been at the school for 6 years.
Could Comcast be blocking the schools domain? How do I get that checked or fixed?

I will add, there is nothing from the school in my spam folder. My husband and I use two different Comcast emails which is why I think the school could be blocking the domain.

I'm having the same issue where I can send messages but can't receive any. I did send a message from my own account to myself, and that worked, but any other external messages aren't getting through. I've tried several other email accounts.
A search of the community forum turned up several of these complaints through the last few years. Mostly it looks like an issue on Xfinity's end and hopefully that is what it is this time. Others talked about adding email forwarding, then turning it back off, but I suspect that was just good timing. I tried it and nothing was actually forwarded.
I'm on hold with support right now. I'll update if I actually ever get to talk to a rep.

I too am not receiving some emails from external accounts. Tried sending several emails from a work email as well as a gmail account and they are not showing up in my comcast account.

I did some DM-ing with a rep. He could see the issue also. Could not receive emails he was sending himself. So they are aware and agree, at the least.

For me the problem is receiving @gmail emails. Other emails are getting through. I couldn't get through to customer service.

I am also not receiving emails from gmail or live (ms). No idea how to report this problem, either, other than posting here

I’m on hold with them now. They say they are getting a “bunch of calls” but I have to wait to talk to the next level up because the fix is beyond her capabilities.
I’m not convinced there is a fix.

While I am waiting on hold, I went ahead and signed out and signed back in and a test I sent from gmail after that went thru with no delay

Dealing with the same issue as well. Some emails get through but others don't. Super frustrating.

I just got off the phone with support. I don’t know if I was given an accurate answer or just fed something. He said they fixed something on my account and it will take two hours to process because the update takes that long. I asked about all the other people that are complaining about the same problem and he said oh no they are fixing something. But he couldn’t say whether or not everyone else would be fixed at the same time. So I am really not sure anyone will be fixed.

I'm having same issue, gmail domain emails basically blocked since about 9:30 am EST. I live about 14 miles northwest of Boston. I had asked friends to send me test emails and one of them sent at 11:19 am did not come until just now, around 7:15 pm. I sent myself test emails from multiple domains and even from my email having issues, and the gmail ones are the ones not getting through. Hotmail came through, one from work domain came through (but some did not), and one from my kid's school email came through
When I called Xfinity at like 1 pm EST today, the tech said they would do an email restore, but all that did was restore spam that I deleted. And spam is getting through but not the important emails.

I've now received a bunch of emails from @gmail senders that were sent over the course of the day. I hope I'm getting all of them and I wish everyone the best of luck with their emails!
