Hello, @user_ybxoyx! Sorry to hear you're missing important work emails. When incoming emails are completely kicked back (bounced) to the sender, it usually indicates a domain security block, missing email authentication, or an IP reputation issue between your employer's email server and Comcast. Here are a few steps to help get this resolved:
Check Your Local Email Settings & Webmail
- Log into Xfinity Webmail directly.
- Check your Spam / Junk folder to see if any messages landed there.
- Add your workplace email address and domain (e.g., name@company.com) to your Xfinity Address Book/Safe Senders list.
- Verify under Settings > Mail > Rules that no filters are accidentally blocking or redirecting incoming messages.
Contact Your Work IT / Admin Team (Most Common Fix)
- Ask the sender at your job or your IT administrator for the full Bounce Message / Non-Delivery Report (NDR) code received when sending to your email.
- If we're blocking their mail server's IP address, your company's IT team will need to request an unblock via the Comcast Security Assurance (CSA) IP Removal Portal.
- Ask IT to verify that their domain has valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records configured, as we strictly filter domains lacking proper authentication.
Contact Comcast Customer Security Assurance
- If your workplace IT team confirms their email server is configured properly and not blocklisted, you can reach out directly to our dedicated Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team at 1-888-565-4197 to open a ticket for blocked inbound domain delivery.
Hope this helps get your work emails flowing through soon!
