Not Receiving Emails on my PC [Edited]

My [Edited: "Personal Information"] account is not receiving emails on my PC but I am receiving emails on my mobile device. How do I fix it?

Thanks for the help. My grandson was able to fix my email on my PC. I god a message on my phone this morning. I assume you sent out an update of some kind because with the information you sent I was able to get the email on my phone to work.
