Not Receiving Emails - To My Comcast Email Address - From Multiple Email Addresses

I have done the safe senders list, gone through all forums, gone through all settings, none of it worked, that's not the issue. From what I'm reading in forums Xfinity may have spam restrictions imposed that prevent certain emails from coming through. I've already spent over 2 hours on your site. Look into my account and figure out why this is happening. There's a prevalent problem I see in every forum post regarding email issues....there's never a resolution and everyone keeps saying the same thing. I want this resolved or I'm leaving Comcast this email is useless if you can't fix it.

Also, I've been with Comcast for 10 years and had my email for 10 years. When I checked email today, I only have 256 emails in my inbox that go back to 05/07/25. So after 10 years, I only have access to 2 months worth of my emails. We can all agree this is a disturbing actuality, I need an explanation to this as well, where did my emails go? I have very important information in there and it's just gone?

Please stand up for Xfinity and show that you can remediate issues for customers and not make me spend countless more hours dealing with this when it's your responsibility.

Moved to Email as this is not Accessibility/disability related.

I have done the safe senders list ...

Are you sure you want to have the Email Safe List enabled? As its Help text says:

  • "When Email Safe List is enabled, only email sent from addresses on the Safe List will be received. All other emails will be filtered out and not delivered."

Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
