Not receiving emails

I am suddenly not receiving emails on any of my accounts. I had disconnected my Xfinity service some time ago, but still actively using my email addresses. I use Mac Mail. I tried accessing my email via the Xfinity email website, however I cannot log in as it requests I connect to my home WiFi (which I already do) and there’s no other option.  How can I reestablish my email?

Mine has stopped working too and Xfinity support can't seem to help.  It is my primary email.

Same here. Legacy email account and it suddenly stopped working yesterday morning. Outlook keeps asking me to sign in to the account and when I enter the password, it says it's unable to login.

Hi there, @user_9w4lyy! I would recommend you check to see if you are able to log in via our web app here : https://connect.xfinity.com/. If so, then taking a second look at your Outlook settings may be needed. Those are located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/configure-outlook-express-xfinity-internet?view=app If you aren't able to log in, then you may need to update your password. Info on that can be found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password Let us know if these suggestions work for you!

I am having the same issue - it worked fine, it is setup properly and it suddenly stopped retrieving email. Exact same scenario as described above.
