Not Receiving Emails
I am not receiving emails from a certain company. They are not on my spam list. How can I fix this?
Also, when searching old emails, it won't show me more than 100. How can I search further back then only 100.

May I also confirm if you are using the Xfinity website or a third party client server such as Outlook? Were you previously receiving emails from that particular company?
