Not receiving some emails

There are several email addresses from which I am no longer receiving emails. They are probably sending to a couple thousand addresses as they are for large events these folks host. Every once in a while I will get old email from them that pop up in my spam. I mark them as Not Spam, but that does not fix anything. I know that this same issue has been brought up by many others and it seems to require an Xfinity person to fix it. Calling Xfinity has proved to be probably the most frustrating thing I have ever encountered, so I want to avoid that all all costs. I also am not able to remain logged into this forum at all times to monitor when someone wants me to take an action or deliver a response,  so I am hoping that rather than being apologetic for the troubles that Xfinity is causing with their email platform, someone could just fix this for me, it would be most appreciated.

Is it possible for Xfinity to take the list of the addresses that you have blocked for my account based on whatever algorithm you have used, match that up to emails that I have marked as Not Spam and correct this issue? I am absolutely positive that you have both of these pieces of information. It's just a matter of finding the right person to access and look at them both and fix this for me.

@user_c2a5ef If you could share the websites or domains that you believe are missing, we'll take a look.  Not the full email address, just the domain(s).

The primary one seems to be Runsignup.com

I have not as to my knowledge nothing has been done. I have not received any emails from the runsignup.com domain since I sent the information over to Xfinity. Has someone at Xfinity found an issue and unblocked that domain for me? If so, can you please confirm that to be the case or if not, please explain why that domain is being blocked coming to me?

I had the same issue a few years ago with another domain and I worked with that company for several weeks, trying out various things only to have them finally determine that all their emails were being sent but that Xfinity (Comcast) was blocking them from making it to my inbox. Similar to my previous experiences with Xfinity, it was near impossible to get anyone with the proper knowledge or access to respond to any inquiries from me and it all just ended in complete frustration for me. I ended up basically losing many emails from that sender and had to move to using another email address in order to get anything from them in the future. I am hoping that using this forum will prove to be less frustrating and more helpful than that experience, but that will only be the case if I start receiving emails from the aforementioned domain once again.

I would really appreciate if you could provide some level of information indicating that something has been done before asking me again if the issue was magically resolved.
