Not receiving verification code Emails
I'm trying to change my email for my ubisoft account. To change it, it says they will send a verification code. I never receive it. I've whitelisted the email accounts ubisoft said to whitelist, but I still dont get anything. Nothing shows up in the spam box or unwanted folders. What am I doing wrong?

Hello user_Jabroni thank you so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! Is the Ubisoft email the only one that are not coming through to the Comcast.net email? Ubisoft Support also has some great articles if you are having difficulties with password resets.
