"Not Spam" feature [Edited]

Apparently, Xfinity has abandoned its email oversight.  These [Edited: "Inflammatory"] are now blocking my newletter from the Boulder Public Library.  Is this the new "intelligence" that biz like Xfinity are so excited about?  Got to say I'm impressed.  When they nail something as spam, you can never get it permanently back into the inbox; it pops immediately back into the spam folder.   Must be they are so intent on trying to stem the flow of revenue bleed from fleeing subscribers, they don't care about their total service performance - which must be around 0% approval rating by customers.  They block my billing emails and EVERYTHING with a Paypal address - and there is no way to fix it on the consumer end.

VW12, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. As someone who depends on my emails for important communication, I can understand the inconvenience caused when something gets marked as spam and can't get it back. I am sorry to learn about this experience. You've knocked on the right door in virtual land. We are a dedicated team of experts who specialize in resolving email concerns over social media. We can help. To prevent billing emails and emails with PayPal addresses from going to your spam folder, ensure that the sender's email address is an exact match in your Xfinity Address Book. If you use third-party email clients, check their settings as they may have their own spam filters. Additionally, review your email rules to ensure they aren't moving these emails to spam. Continue to use the "Mark as spam" or "Not spam" options to help improve the filtering system. Are you using a third-party email client?

Help me?  I have been asking your email tech support for more than a year.  The most idiotic and privacy invasive move was one of your "tech" deleted all the filters created based on the instructions on your web site.  Is that your answer???

VW12, This is defintely not how we want you to feel. We truly want to help and do everything within our power to provide a solution as quickly as possible. Starting in June 2025, customers with a comcast.net email are also getting invited to upgrade their email account to Yahoo Mail for a better email experience at no extra cost. Invitations will roll out gradually through 2026, and when the time comes, you’ll see yours in your inbox or when you securely sign in to connect.xfinity.com. Did you recieve that invitation on your end yet by chance? Are you using a third-party email client?

I truly respect and appreciate the help that various Xfinity techs and support folks have tried to correct systems that have been neglected so long in favor of profit as the subscriber base is rapidly fleeing.  I was told yesterday in an Xfinity store that I could not now buy a new phone - I saw the db notification that I was barred from purchasing from Xfinity.  The in-store sales person called a manager over to ask about this notice. When I asked if this was because I switched to NextLight, my city's fiber network for internet, the manager said yes. I then went online this morning to review my payments - none missed.  When I tried to access my payment method this morning, I could not get in.

Thank you, XfinityGabriel for attempting to help, but since the company believes they can hold their profits, grease their skids with free network arrangements for states/counties, and undeliver to subscribers paying premium prices, I think you're fighting an uphill battle.

VW12, It is my pleasure to serve you and use all the resources I have at my disposal to help in any way that I can. I appreciate you greatly for never missing any payments. To get Xfinity Mobile, customers must have Xfinity Internet or NOW Internet as part of their account. When you went online this morning to review your payments, are you referring to your payments to NextLight or XFINITY?
